Susan and her husband, Brian, have been a team for over 37 years, relocating from Illinois to Arizona in 1997. Since then, Susan has focused on growing the business from the ground up, combining her professional background with a personal dedication to serving families throughout the West Valley.

Arizona Mirage thrives because of the balanced partnership between Susan and Brian. Susan Wright manages the business operations, drawing on her extensive professional background in accounting and medical billing to keep the company organized and responsive to customer needs. She oversees the day-to-day logistics and office management, ensuring that the business remains reliable and attentive to every family we serve.

Brian Wright focuses on the technical side of the business, utilizing a strong foundation in irrigation and outdoor lighting. After relocating to Arizona, he earned a degree in Commercial Diving and Welding Inspection, a specialized field that involved inspecting critical infrastructure like bridges, dams, and pipelines across the United States and Alaska. This unique experience with complex systems and safety standards allows him to bring a high level of care and precision to every pool and backyard project.

The birth of their third daughter inspired Brian to transition away from the grueling travel of industrial inspection. In 2004, he and Susan founded Arizona Mirage LLC, combining Brian’s field expertise with Susan’s administrative leadership to create a business that allowed them to stay home and watch their children grow.

Since its founding, Susan and Brian have grown Arizona Mirage from a small irrigation setup into a premier full-service pool and outdoor living provider. Based in Surprise, AZ, they have expanded the company’s reach to provide superior service to the entire West Valley, including Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Avondale, Litchfield Park, and Sun City.
